Welcome to the official website of the Global Conference on Services and Retail Management (GLOSERV 2020), which will be held during April 7-10, 2020 at University of Naples Federico II, Naples, Italy. The services and retail management has become one of the main aspects of academia to research on. There is a multitude of studies in this field, bringing its importance even more to the attention of academia in recent years. There is a great demand among scholars who are studying in this field to share their findings with their fellow colleagues. Therefore, GLOSERV conference invites researchers who resonate with this topic to share their findings and ideas.
Naples is one of the most ancient cities in Europe, whose contemporary urban fabric preserves the elements of its long and eventful history. Its lively street pattern, its wealth of historic buildings and its setting on the Bay of Naples give to the city an incomparable universal value that has profoundly influenced many parts of Europe and beyond. The University of Naples Federico II is the world’s oldest state University and one of the oldest academic institutions in continuous operation. It was founded in Naples, Italy in 1224 by the emperor of the Holy Roman Empire, Frederick II. The University is the most ancient state-supported institution of higher education and research in the world. Its historical Conference Centre is set in Via Partenope, one of the most famous promenades in Italy, from which it is possible to enjoy the stunning view of the Naples waterfront.
GLOSERV 2020 Conference is organized by Association of North America Higher Education International (ANAHEI), a non-profit organization and sponsored by the University of Naples Federico II, Italy and the University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee, Florida, USA.
GLOSERV 2020 aims to bring together researchers, scientists, scholar and graduate students to exchange and share their experiences, new ideas, and research results about all aspects of Services and Retail Management and discuss the practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted. English is the official language of the conference. We welcome paper submissions.
Prospective authors are invited to submit full or abstract only (and original research) papers (which are NOT submitted/published/under consideration anywhere in other conferences/journal) in electronic format. All papers will be double-blind reviewed by experts in the relevant fields.
